Requirements

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

To be eligible for this sweepstakes, Entrant must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Reside in a jurisdiction which allows sweepstakes of this nature
  • Reside in a jurisdiction which is not under US sanctions
  • Have a shipping address within the United States

Current and former Heavy Element employees, contractors, or immediate family members thereof are ineligible to participate in this sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes

This sweepstakes starts Friday, September 13th 2024 11:00 AM EDT and ends Friday, September 20th 2024 12:00 PM EDT.

Prize

The approximate retail value of the prize is $50 USD

One 8BitDo Pro 2 Bluetooth Gamepad with Hall Effect Joystick

This sweepstakes shall draw one (1) Entrant at random on or after Friday, September 20th 2024 12:00 PM EDT. If the prize is a physical item, it will be shipped within two weeks of the Selectee claiming their prize. The Selectees shall be given notice via their provided email address and shall have a Grace Period of no more than three (3) days to respond.

Heavy Element shall consider a Selectee to have forfeited the prize if:

  • The provided email address is invalid or notification email results in a bounceback, OR
  • Selectee fails to reply to the notification email within the Grace Period, OR
  • Communication has been established within Grace Period but the Selectee fails to reply to further correspondence within 24 hours

In the event that a Selectee forfeits the prize, a new Entrant shall be drawn at random.

Heavy Element may award no prize if it is forfeited by multiple Selectees.

Disqualification

There shall be at maximum of one (1) Entry per Person, except for when Heavy Element explicitly enables "extra entries". This is at the sole discretion of the company.

The use of any technical means including but not limited to hacking, spoofing, multiple aliases, email tags, automation, etc. to defeat (or attempt to defeat) the maximum entry limit shall disqualify Entrant.

Heavy Element reserves the right to disqualify any Entry (or Entries) for any reason without notice. Furthermore Heavy Element may block Entrant's access to future sweepstakes at its own discretion.

Any Entries which do not comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines shall be disqualified.

Cancellation

Heavy Element shall take reasonable measures to prevent fraudulent and/or automated entries.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event fraudulent and/or automated entries overwhelm Heavy Element's capacity or ability to mitigate fraudulent entries, Heavy Element may, at its sole discretion, cancel this sweepstakes and award no prize.

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree that you shall take no action (civil or criminal) against Heavy Element, its subsidiaries, its officers, its employees, its agents, its partners, and/or its affiliates. You agree that Heavy Element and our aformentioned parties shall be held harmless for the outcome of this sweepstakes.
